Meanwhile, Elite announces that all the games on its budget label Encore will be sold for £1.99. Apart from those that are sold at £2.99.     A colourful game by the name of Crazy Space Racer got bought by Virgin, who had the bright idea of releasing it as Dan Dare III.     Sir Clive Sinclair splits up with Bernadette Tynan.
