A sign of things to come?     Shock news - T'zer gets promoted, so Matt Bielby gets bumped up to the Editor's post.     Lightguns appear on the Speccy, and prove to be just a fad.     Second-hand Speccy buyers guide: 48k £40, 48k+ £50, 128k £80, +2 £100, +3 £150.     St Dragon is covered in Slots of Fun.     Activision announces it's big licences for the year, the highlights being Power Drift, Altered Beast, Dynamite Dux and Ghostbusters II.     YS starts to advertise on the radio.     National Rescue makes it's last appearance.
