After several months and a page in The YS3 Rock'n'Roll Years declaring YS3 deader than a very dead thing, what should appear but (gasp!) an entirely unexpected thirteenth issue. The dark age continued nonetheless, though, as to make up for automating the editing process Nathan proceeded to vanish once again.
But hey! Reliability counts for nothing without the ability to come up with a readable and entertaining magazine, and it's in those two rather important areas that things hadn't changed a bit. The presentation improved that little bit further in the new production process, the writers were left to bring us the joys of complaining about Robot Wars, convince Doctor Karl Kennedy to solve readers' problems, and re-enact Paperboy for the enlightenment of the masses. Hurrah, eh?
